Executive Assistant

Government entity in downtown is seeking an Executive Assistant. Duties for this position consist of, but aren’t limited to: answering phones and greeting the public; typing correspondence; scheduling events and meetings. Skills needed are basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge; professional and polite personality and accurate typist. This is a long term temporary position, but could go permanent for the right candidate. Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00; $16/hr.

Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’ll be answering questions regarding services, as well as, establishing and terminating services for residential and business customers in person, via phone or email; retrieving, entering and updating information from computer data bases and web pages.

Must:

*Have at least 2 years of customer service experience

*Have basic computer skills

*Be able to conduct self in a professional and polite manner

*Be able to analyze situations objectively and make sound recommendations

*Be able to make simple math computations

*Be able to communicate clearly and concisely

*Be organized and able to multi-task

Temporary position that could be permanent for the right fit.  Monday – Friday 8 – 5; $13/hr.

Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant

Small downtown law firm is in need of a full-time Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant who will work directly with attorneys to manage cases and perform extensive legal work.  This is a temp to perm position.  M – F 8 – 5, $17 – 24/hr.

You Enjoy:

*Maintaining and managing multiple files for an attorney(s).

*Utilizing multiple research sources to develop information/facts for pending cases.

*Preparing and or writing legal documents, as well as correspondence.

*Performing legal research, as needed.

*Completing other tasks, as assigned.

 You Are:

*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition.

*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done.

*Organized and have an eye for detail and accuracy.

*Able to type at least 65-80 wpm.

*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Word Perfect, Adobe and/or Foxit, and Excel.

*Able to learn and utilize new technology quickly.

*Able to edit documents for spelling, grammar and punctuation.

*Able to vary writing style to meet needs.

*Able to complete assignments under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.

* Able to file in both State and Federal Courts in Florida.

* Non-smoker.

You Have:

*A desire to learn and work on business litigation matters and real estate transactions.

*Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Secretary, Closing Assistant, or Paralegal preferred but not required.
