Job Details

This position requires attention to detail; organization; strong multi-tasking; great customer service skills with the ability to stay focused and maintain a can do attitude. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Quick books experience is helpful, but not required. Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:30

Duties can include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Greeting the public/answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Able to establish a great rapport with clients and employees
  • Post job openings online
  • Review resumes
  • Perform background checks
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Arrange background check and drug screen appointments
  • Process new hires
  • Process payroll
