Government entity in downtown is seeking an Executive Assistant. Duties for this position consist of, but aren’t limited to: answering phones and greeting the public; typing correspondence; scheduling events and meetings. Skills needed are basic Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge; professional and polite personality and accurate typist. This is a long term temporary position, but could go permanent for the right candidate. Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00; $16/hr.
