Job Details

Local government entity is in need of a candidate to arrange parking for events; assist with special events; maintain social media and calendars; assist with rentals and permitting; coordinating with outside agencies.

Qualifications:

*Must have a high school diploma or GED

*AA or BA degree preferred

*Recreational background preferred

*Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

*Possess great customer service skills

*Maintain a neat appearance

*Excellent communication skills

*Time Management skills

*Organized

*Leadership skills

*Cash-handling experience

*Multi-tasker

Mental and Physical Requirements:

Must be comfortable sitting at a desk, or working on feet for entire shift; working outdoors in all weather conditions and maintaining an even keel in all situations.

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends and occasional holidays
