Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, code and submit warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Clear understanding of warranty policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance on all documents
  • Post credits/chargebacks in a timely manner
  • Follow-up on outstanding claims
  • Tag and track warranty parts
  • Clear communication with Service Manager/staff and customers
  • Box/ship and scrap warranty parts as required
  • Keep retention are clean
  • File and retain warranty service records
  • Explain warranty coverage to customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to understand, communicate and evaluate warranty guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Team player with great customer service
  • Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Warranty experience in the automotive industry
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Organized

This is a temp to perm position; Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; $14/hr.
