Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, code and submit warranty claims in a timely manner
- Clear understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy and compliance on all documents
- Post credits/chargebacks in a timely manner
- Follow-up on outstanding claims
- Tag and track warranty parts
- Clear communication with Service Manager/staff and customers
- Box/ship and scrap warranty parts as required
- Keep retention are clean
- File and retain warranty service records
- Explain warranty coverage to customers
Qualifications:
- Able to understand, communicate and evaluate warranty guidelines, policies and procedures
- Team player with great customer service
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Warranty experience in the automotive industry
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Organized
This is a temp to perm position; Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; $14/hr.
